SIMON
This is an internal customer relations management sytem for smartassess. It allows them to track contacts from initial lead through to client,
manage their details, view projected and actual monthly income and conversion rates, manage their sales team with an advanced todo-style section...
It also has google maps integrated. This is an internal system, so there is a slideshow
rather than an external link.
Project Tracker
This was the first project I made for smartassess. It was a piece of web-based software built using the companys' bespoke
Content Management System(CMS), allowing project co-ordinators to keep up to date records on all client-based projects, including
time spent on each project, profit breakdowns, client/staff management and terms and conditions for freelance employees.
This is an internal system, so there is a slideshow rather than an external link.
Eshots
While working closely with smartassess I have also handled the construction and sending of many marketing eshots, from simple
text emails to full graphical templates. As a result I am very familiar with the limitations and possible work-arounds that html-limited
emails present, from image types to layout and styling issues. Some of these are also available to view on the smartassess website.
patrickharding.co.uk
This is a small website created in 2009 for Patrick Harding. It allows him to advertise his talks and lectures,
and the various books he has written. The web page may be subject to change after February 2010 however,
as the management and development of it is being transferred to his son Martin for his final year university assignment.

Slave To The Vine web shop
I was asked to look at this online wine shop a while ago. The website had already been built, but it had so many design errors and
faulty code that I had to rebuild about 70% of it. the design also needed tweaking, some of which I did myself,
but I worked closely with Cream Creative who did the bulk of the design work needed.
Grainger Electrical and Mechanical Services
I worked closely with Cream Creative and the client on this project, who provided the images and design.
I was tasked with coding the site based on the Photoshop files provided and the amends sent from the client.
I also advised on several aspects of the website, as well as organising hosting with a third party, and
submitting the website and sitemap to Google.
